Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor best practices for email content, design, and deliverability
  • Recommend ideas and implement new strategies to build engagement based on email performance data
  • Create and manage email guidelines around compliance and best practices

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that email marketing campaigns are implemented effectively and efficiently

  • Liaise with the Planning team to develop and execute the marketing roadmap across all products
  • Drawing up email campaign reporting to benchmark and measure success
  • Create enhanced reports to support Product marketing teams to measure the performance of high impact marketing campaigns
