Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor best practices for email content, design, and deliverability
  • Recommend ideas and implement new strategies to build engagement based on email performance data
  • Create and manage email guidelines around compliance and best practices
  • Design and define business processes that drive continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that email marketing campaigns are implemented effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain a strong QA function within the Email marketing team and ensure all process documents are timely updated are being followed & referred to on a day-to-day basis
  • Working closely with the Marketing GDC teams to prioritize & manage campaigns that drive demand generation using Cvent and Marketo
  • Creating and building marketing campaigns that drive sales leads and increase prospect & client engagement
  • Liaise with the Planning team to develop and execute the marketing roadmap across all products
  • Drawing up email campaign reporting to benchmark and measure success
  • Create enhanced reports to support Product marketing teams to measure the performance of high impact marketing campaigns
