Responsibilities

  • The group represents sponsors, developers, equity investors, governments and financial institutions (including multilateral institutions, development banks and export credit agencies) in the procurement, development and financing, of a wide range of complex infrastructure and energy projects across Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.

  • As well as advising on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of financing documents for projects up to financial close, our work frequently sees us providing advice and support to our clients post-close, during the construction and operational phases.
