  • Assist on all aspects of transactions, including loan terms, security documents and CPs (supported by Transaction Execution Managers)
  • Undertake transactions directly, dealing with all aspects of the loan and security terms
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Engage in client marketing and business development activities including attending internal and external events
  • Provide client advice in a succinct, practical and persuasive manner
  • Apply a commercial approach to research and evaluate relevance and accuracy in delivery of advice
  • Contribute to divisional knowledge and know-how initiatives
  • Attend and assist in organising and hosting of client marketing events
  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, and Principles.
