<div><p>Forming an integral part of the Banking &amp; Finance team, the Associate role will provide support across all disciplines within the team&rsquo;s offering to provide a seamless service to the client. The team advises on the whole range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions including leveraged, real estate, structured, Islamic and receivables, as well as advising on restructuring existing facilities.</p><p>
The team works with both lender and borrower clients, including the major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders, investment funds, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, hedge funds and family offices.</p><p>
The Banking &amp; Finance team work very closely together as a tight-knit, non-hierarchical, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be fully supported in all work.</p><p><b>

Assist on all aspects of transactions, including loan terms, security documents and CPs (supported by Transaction Execution Managers)</li><li>
