Responsibilities

  • Help administer salary, bonus and sales incentive plans
  • Support Sr Analysts to make pay recommendations by analyzing and assessing market data to provide thoughtful and holistic recommendations in pay across assigned client groups for new hires, promotions, and pay adjustments; utilizing best practices in pay and compensation in doing so
  • Conduct ongoing job analysis, job evaluation and market pricing of global positions to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Be critically involved in the annual compensation processes which include the annual merit review, pay equity analysis, and off cycle promotion and market increases
  • Analyze Dow Jones global pay practices and provide summaries on pay including trends on business spend, allocations of higher merit increases
  • Maintain ongoing data integrity within HRIS tool (Workday) by assigning and validating job profiles, exemption status in compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act guidelines, union status
  • Be an expert in Global Architecture framework design and administration
  • Understand and complete the participation in compensation surveys
