  • Develop conceptual and stylistic direction and execute same for a wide variety of communications projects, including presentation, print, social and digital, video, and interactive
  • Participate in kickoff meetings and brainstorms to recommend best practices and ask questions essential the success of the project
  • Think strategically and conceptualize creatively, staying informed and active in the design community around you
  • Work closely with project managers to schedule projects and coordinate production
  • Effectively complete projects within time frames and budget parameters, hitting deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Oversee other designers to help them grow and ensure quality, consistency
