Responsibilities

  • Strategic Design Leadership: Lead the concepting & design and oversee the deployment of forward-thinking HR products that align with our company's brand, vision and operational goals.
  • Tone, Voice, Identity – You will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our organization through the lens of design. Your primary responsibility will be to define and refine the voice, tone, identity, and experience framework for the entire employee journey.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Be a key partner to the Head of HR Technology, Head of People Product, and Head of Global People Operations to ensure seamless integration of HR systems, tools, and processes. Work closely with the HR 5.0 Program Champion to collectively define and drive the adoption of innovative HR solutions across the organization.
  • Employee Experience Design: Envision a first-in-class, end-to-end strategy for improving the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Kraft Heinz's values and enhances the various employee persona journeys.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives related to HR design and transformation projects. Ensure effective communication, training, and support mechanisms are in place to facilitate smooth transitions and high levels of employee adoption.
  • Performance Improvement: design thinking to find opportunities for process improvement within HR. Implement metrics to measure the impact of design changes on HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the diverse and inclusive team of designers.
