  • Recommend assortment details, including color, sizing, and pricing, based on financial history, brand strategy, competitive analysis, and emerging trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on competitors and industry trends, utilizing this expertise to inform product recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support Merchants and Inventory Planners in forecasting in-season sales and reorder products based on sales history, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to Proto reviews to ensure all products meet or surpass customer expectations, and manage data within assortment planning tools, effectively communicating merchandising information to cross-functional teams.
  • Uphold timelines throughout the product development cycle and exhibit strong leadership skills by confidently sharing merchandising strategies and processes with peers and management, fostering relationships and influencing outcomes.
