Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure timely completion of documentation for new hires.
  • Oversee offboarding procedures, providing support and necessary documentation for departing employees.
  • Handle inquiries and requests related to leave of absence, including medical checks up management and other leave of absences.
  • Provide assistance to tier 1 advisors by resolving more complex employee inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and accurately document employee services.
  • Continues process improvement including process mapping documentation.
  • Develop a solid understanding of HR operations and regional country laws within the first six months.
  • Collaborate on global projects and initiatives, contributing to team goals and objectives.
  • Work closely together with the PBP for your region, including work council data preparation and any other needs in region.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills, including HR self-service tools and processes.
