What type of clients will I be advising in this role?
You will be advising high net worth individuals and families on legal and tax aspects of estate and succession planning, trusts, tax planning, estate administration, and post-death planning.
What qualifications are preferred for this position?
The role would best suit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4 years’ plus PQE.
Is prior experience in a specific market beneficial for this role?
A good understanding of the West Sussex and/or Hampshire private client markets would be advantageous, but not essential.
