The Team represent both individuals and businesses accused of criminal and regulatory offences large and small. We regularly act for and defend clients investigated or prosecuted by the police, prosecution agencies and regulators which may lead to prosecution or disciplinary sanctions.</p>

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to support Jonathan Betts' team of specialists in catastrophic personal injury claims, particularly acquired brain injuries from serious road traffic accidents, workplace incidents, and public liability claims.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases, including those involving children and young adults, ensuring they receive the care, support, and compensation they need.

As a Paralegal you will play an integral role in the team, working together with qualified Case Handlers to provide legal support on a number of cases to deliver an outstanding client experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that client queries are dealt with quickly, efficiently and with empathy, taking appropriate actions. You will work independently under supervision and as part of a team to progress cases in accordance with the department’s procedures to meet agreed personal targets.
