Responsibilities

  • Triage new Associate Relations cases by classifying, requesting additional information, and preparing them for investigation or review.
  • Develop an understanding of the voice of our Associates and Leaders.
  • Drive communication to stakeholders to cut through the noise of competing requirements and facilitate action.
  • Build and maintain analytics and measurements. Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes that inform program design.
  • Develop Quarterly Business Reviews by compiling data and narratives. Use quantitative results, perspectives, and anecdotal details to guide the business's direction.
  • Serve as lead subject matter expert on case management system (including enhancements/changes), data integrity, and case assignment to include auditing all cases and follow up with appropriate owners to ensure information is complete, thorough, and accurate.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build collaborative and influential relationships to bring solutions to life that remove friction from the Associate experience.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision; persevere in the face of internal and external barriers.
  • Create, audit, and update Knowledge articles for both internal and external facing stakeholders.
