Responsibilities

  • Strive for and achieving 100% client retention and increasing profitability per client
  • Promote and assist clients with new products and services
  • Resolve Client issues by working with other CPU departments
  • Resolve Client and Shareholder inquiries
  • Work interdependently or with Managers, SARMs and RMs, to ensure proper follow-through of company requests
  • Prepare for and a trend shareholder meetings
  • Assist in collecting outstanding invoices and aims to achieve corporate-wide Account Receivables standard
  • Support clients with special projects, expediting transfers, problem solving and servicing of shareholder accounts
  • Be effective and consistent with the use of specific programs and applications in accordance with required guidelines
  • Develop a high level understanding of clients’ receivables status for delivery of services
  • Ensure that all billing for applicable services is accurately submitted within required timelines
  • Provide timely and accurate support of client activities and projects
  • Maintain current, accurate client information in relevant systems and formats
  • Understand and act in accordance with relevant operational procedures and policies
  • Identify and work with management team to resolve any known issues, potential risks, control gaps and client issues to strengthen the business.
