Privilégie une expérience client exceptionnelle et les clients demeurent sa priorité ; recherche les commentaires auprès des clients et partage les opportunités commerciales auprès de l’équipe de gestion.
Gage d’efficacité
Exécute le traitement, réapprovisionnement, les opérations en caisse, promotions et les directives de marketing et visuelles conformément aux normes de la marque.
Respecte l’organisation en réserve et adhère à tous les outils, politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
Est à l’affût des vols potentiels et partage ses préoccupations avec l’équipe de gestion.
