Responsibilities

  • Secure parent signatures and time of checkout each day as parents arrive to sign out their child (integrity, timeliness, accuracy and completion).
  • Ensures that each parent and/or guardian that arrives to check out a student is registered on the student registration form as a permitted adult to pick up child.
  • Organizes own work daily, weekly and monthly to ensure key deadlines are met and to ensure work is completed on time and according to instructions.
  • Records any needed documentation regarding student pick up as well as completing accurate Early Release Forms.
  • Accurately tallies the number of present records and absences at the end of each day before turning in all attendance sheets and other documentation to the Site Coordinator.
  • Meets strict requirements for attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly desk and reception area at all times.
  • Welcomes callers and visitors and provides a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Maintains highest degree of confidentiality in student, staff and management matters.
  • Other duties as assigned
