What is the primary role of the AVP, HR – Technology & Operations?
The AVP, HR – Technology & Operations serves as a business partner to leaders and their teams within the Tech & Ops client groups, delivering and implementing human resources programs, procedures, and strategies that support business goals and help shape the company culture.
Who does this position report to?
This position reports to the SVP, HR – Global Service Delivery & Transformation.
What are the essential responsibilities of this role?
Essential responsibilities include guiding leaders and employees on policies, promoting company culture, assessing talent and performance, managing onboarding, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring HR compliance, among others.
What are the qualifications required for this role?
A BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience. Additionally, at least 3 years in an HR generalist role and 3 years of project management experience are required.
Is experience in the financial services industry preferred?
Yes, while not mandatory, having HR experience in the financial services industry and/or contact center environment is considered a desired characteristic for this role.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
