  • Understand market trends and insights – conducting research and speaking with businesses from different industries to understand what our B2B customers want and need to fulfil their window treatment requirements.
  • Develop visually inspiring mood-boards featuring Made to Measure products and complementary categories to present to potential business clients, based on clients requests and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and suppliers to develop an impactful marketing suite for B2B, such as sample books, displays, and other promotional assets.
  • Ensure all marketing communications and materials align with the Dunelm brand and effectively communicate the value of our B2B proposition.
  • Proactively generate sales through identifying, cultivating and converting leads through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Take ownership of meeting individual KPIs, such as sales targets.
  • Work with the commercial team to inform and enhance new ranges and features for Fire Retardant products, based on market insights and client feedback.
  • Act as the key liaison for range development, ensuring stores are kept informed and up to date with the latest product ranges and features.
  • Facilitate customer and colleague awareness by providing training and resources to upskill colleagues on new products and their benefits, while sharing valuable market insights to enhance overall knowledge and engagement.
  • Plan and execute events in Dunelm expert stores targeting local businesses, including logistics (in-store setup, catering, etc.), invitations, and promotion.
  • Support relationship building between in-store colleagues and local businesses attending in-store events, to drive return custom for our expert stores.
  • Collaborate with larger business customers on mutually beneficial marketing opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Travel to meet with new business customers, working alongside the B2B Sales Manager to develop tailored packages that meet client needs.
  • Support the ongoing management of larger business accounts, including processing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and assisting with purchase process troubleshooting.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities for the B2B Made to Measure offering.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to optimise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
