The main responsibilities include assisting with the dispensing and supply of medication to in and outpatients, processing, storage and stock control of medicines, and responding to enquiries from staff, patients, and carers.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have successfully achieved the relevant units of pharmacy services skills NVQ level 2 (QCF) or equivalent from a GPhC accredited training programme.

Yes, previous experience as a qualified Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant is required, preferably in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
