Responsibilities

  • Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations.
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests.
  • Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
  • With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience.

  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
