Responsibilities

  • Utilize your skills to deliver high-quality HR services to approximately 300 employees.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, while having an opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization.
  • Connect and collaborate with a national network of HR professionals throughout Devereux.
  • Perform tasks to support the effective and efficient delivery of HR services including but not limited to; data management, benefit administration, electronic file maintenance, compliance, leave and workers' compensation management, and serving as a resource for employees and managers.
  • Assist the Recruitment Specialist with the background screening for selected applicants and current employees; pre-employment drug screen, and other new hire clearance requirements.
  • Serve as a back-up to other People Operations team members as needed.
