Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the open enrollment closeout process.
  • Responsible for open enrollment and special enrollment notes update in Benefit Point.
  • Responsible for completion of the post enrollment discrepancy reports.
  • Expert with carrier website enrollment process, rules and eligibility.
  • Expert user in BenAdmin system including employee maintenance, data corrections and generating reports.
  • Answers technology and eligibility inquiries from clients, employees and vendors via phone and email within 5 business hours.
  • Performs research and problem resolution of data issues using multiple systems, tools and resources.
  • Initiates and follows through with Account Executive and/or client on enrollment and eligibility related inquiries.
  • Obtain UT Life & Health License.
  • Maintains positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Maintain HUB Values including HIPPA Compliance.
  • Ensures we’re meeting turn-around times and Key Performance Indicators outlined for the role.
