Responsibilities

  • HR-Projekte – Du berätst führende Unternehmen bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von HR-Transformationsprojekten mit dem Ziel, den Wertbeitrag von HR zu maximieren.
  • Lösungen – Du arbeitest für unsere Kunden u. a. an Lösungen in den Bereichen HR Operation Design, Employee Experience, Workforce Management, Learning Transformation und Digitalisierung der Personalarbeit.
  • Wissensvorsprung – Du trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kompetenzen, Value Propositions und unseres Teams bei und baust deine Expertise zu u. a. Organisationsformen und /-aufbau, Methoden und HR Technologien weiter aus.
  • Fortschritt – Du verbesserst die Employee Experience durch bspw. Prozessoptimierung, Tech-Integrationen, Digitalisierung oder Automatisierung.
  • Verantwortung – Du arbeitest in hochmotivierten Teams und übernimmst entsprechend deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation Verantwortung für ausgewählte Aufgaben, für Teilprojekte oder auch die Gesamtprojektleitung und arbeitest an der Akquise und Verlängerung von Beratungsprojekten mit.
