Responsibilities

  • Partners with other segments of talent acquisition during intake sessions, quarterly updates to the client, and implementing new tools and processes paramount to the success of the organization.
  • Development and implementation of line-of-business sourcing strategies; provide creative solutions to satisfy the candidate pipeline requirements.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and adjust sourcing strategies on a regular basis; subject matter expert on industry-recognized sourcing best practices and competitor intelligence.
  • Builds, maintains, and sustains deep knowledge and understanding of client specific business goals and strategies.
  • Lead productive relationships with HR Client Partners, hiring managers and senior leaders/directors.
  • Lead consulting services to client as it relates to the labor market; serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
  • Influence and advise the talent acquisition function on new and alternative methods of achieving operational excellence; serve as a subject-matter expert on large-scale projects aimed at improving the deliverables of the organization.
  • The expectation of this role is to demonstrate leadership via full engagement, demonstrate a sense of urgency, provide a pro-active consultative approach, and elevate the talent acquisition team.
