Responsibilities

  • Technische und inhaltliche Leitung des BIM/Digital-Teams innerhalb des Architektur-Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung, Festlegung und Implementierung von digitalen Standards und Methoden für Entwurfs- und Planungsprozesse (Schwerpunkt BIM, aber auch Parametric Design, entwurfsunterstützende Simulationen, AI und VR)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vertrags- und Prozessgestaltung von multidisziplinären Projekten (Schwerpunkt AIA und BAP) in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement
  • Aufsetzen und kontinuierliche Betreuung von Projekten bzgl. BIM und digitaler Themen
  • BIM-Gesamtkoordination und Ansprechpartner des BIM-Managements in ausgewählten Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit der Planungsleitung Architektur
  • BIM basierte Planung und BIM-Fachkoordination in ausgewählten Projekten
  • Testen neuer/innovativer Soft- und Hardwarelösungen
  • Aufsetzen und Management einer gemeinsamen Datenumgebung (Common Data Environment, CDE) für die Projektteams
  • Abschätzung der für die Projekte erforderlichen BIM-Ressourcen
