  • Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with those in line of work.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use production equipment or resolve problems.
  • Conduct projects from design through implementation by effectively organizing, planning, delegating, coordinating.
  • Follow all waste management procedures.
