Responsibilities

  • As a Brand & Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical delivery, localisation, and execution of the marketing plan across various channels. You will manage brand sales forecast and annual brand marketing budget. You will also drive the creation of content to deliver an engaging brand experience across channels. You will manage External engagement with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers. You will also manage external vendors and the promotional asset approval and compliance process with cross-functional partners. You will use insights and performance data to ensure tactical execution - including account planning, targeting and segmentation. You will also develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize the value of each key account.
