Responsibilities

  • Defines, drives and executes the brand strategy for the DACH Affiliate, adapting from the EMEA / Global strategy
  • Is accountable for reaching the key brand rankings and market share objectives
  • Develops marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through according to market demand
  • Defines the Brand Go-to-Market strategy across all channels
  • Is accountable for the brand consensus demand plan (12 rolling month plan) and is accountable for complete and accurate sales drivers
  • Monitors for appropriate implementation of brand identity tools
  • Ensures operational effectiveness and strong collaboration with partners
  • Leads collaboration between brand team, commercial team and digital commerce and marketing team to deliver the brand strategy with focusing on excellence in execution
  • Foster strong relationships both with retailers and internally, particularly with the Education department and extended teams, to ensure smooth operations, support future brand growth, and implement an ideal consumer journey locally.
  • Ensure supporting Commercial Department in sell in and sell out as well as build strong relationships with local retailers
  • Drives talent growth and development, providing leadership, guidance and management
  • Motivate the team to deliver best-in-class business results.
