Responsibilities

  • Establishes a brand building strategy and set business plan and go to market campaigns to deliver both short term and long term business goals and result.
  • Prioritize product needs based on marketing insights, competitive intelligence, business needs, and trends in technology and user experience to continue the growth trajectory of business.
  • Lead and align with cross functional partners (Finance, Medical Affairs, Quality, S&OP, Global Franchise) the execution of marketing initiatives including (but not limited to) product and portfolio optimization, pricing, promotion, targeting & positioning and forecasting.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales Force with appropriate level of training, promotional materials, and commercial programs aligned to overall US Surgical business objectives
  • Builds relationship with key customers and supports industry educational meetings and events, advisory boards, customer meetings, national sales meeting and other strategic meetings;
  • Partners with Global Franchise to develop new products ideas, influence for strategic decisions on mid to long term portfolio strategy that best responds to local customer needs and business priorities and lead the cross functional team from launch strategy through tactical execution and measurement;
