Responsibilities

  • Partner with other members of the Global Brand Management team – including our external brand strategy agency – to drive various Global initiatives forward
  • Acts as primary POC for cross-functional partners; specifically Regions, Channels, Product and Brand Creative
  • Be the quarterback for brand management initiatives you are leading, including calibrating and distilling cross-functional team insights into a holistic point of view that’s best for the brand as a whole
  • Responsible for supporting the creation of brand postures that drive clarity for teams globally, allowing lululemon to show up consistently yet locally relevant, and in ways that are always reflective of our overall brand positioning
  • Support creating briefs for assigned Global initiatives, including partnering with Brand Insights to ensure our work breaks through and is also ‘distinctly lululemon’
  • Advocate for the needs of our Regions and Channels on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare various presentations for SLT that both inspire and drive alignment on foundational brand strategies that will lead us into the future
  • Manage and track global brand objectives and KPIs
  • Manage the budget for all initiatives/global campaigns with support from Brand Specialist, including reconciling actuals against forecast
