Responsibilities

  • - Take a key role in ensuring the Network Development (ND) department deploys more infrastructure, in less time, by improving processes and surpassing quality targets.
  • - Run and contribute to a range of improvement forums and initiatives, cooperating with Network Development teams, Partners, Suppliers, Vendors, and other parts of Vodafone.
  • - Perform detailed discovery to enable arising issues To-Be accurately documented, prioritised and resolved.
  • - Focus on ensuring continuous improvements and simplifications are identified, documented, prioritised and implemented, benefits realized, reported and maintained - covering processes, behavior, operating models and tools.
  • - Ensure that all enhancements consider the impacts on the department’s ways of working, and document and implement the proposed changes, measuring the benefits realized.
  • - Develop and strengthen stakeholder and collaborative relationships.
  • - Support Continuous Improvement activities in one or more functional areas; own requirements gathering, mapping and documenting; own delivering change.
  • - Facilitate workshops to identify improvements and efficiencies, creating work package to deliver the expected benefits (time/cost) on time and within budget; regularly share progress reports.
  • - Help identify and define process metrics and KPIs.
  • - Support process owners with knowledge on process best practices.
  • - Use “As-Is” measurements of volume, duration and cost, to identify potential improvements and track benefit achieved, of the “To-Be”. Be responsible to ensure that the transition from current to future state, is done in a structured, controlled, timely fashion.
