Responsibilities

  • Leading Business Development and Marketing function to support the sales process and building market visibility.
  • Working with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to develop live and evolving Business Development and Marketing strategy which builds on RFIDentikit’s strengths and past successes and harnesses the opportunities of changing markets.
  • Supporting visibility in the market by attending trade shows as events forums.
  • Visiting existing and potential new clients, in line with the business development strategy, to build and maintain strong relationships and to understand their needs.
  • Using market research and other data sources to identify market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete information into CRM to create and harness value of activity and pipeline reports.
  • Establishing and delivering on Revenue KPIs for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with Projects (Delivery) and Technical Development Teams to build personal expertise in RFIDentikit’s Product and Service offering, to understand and anticipate client needs and feet these into the development roadmap.
  • Working closely with Projects Team to fully capitalize on existing client relationships.
  • Orchestrating Business Development and other internal teams to respond with high quality, effective proposals and pitches to clients.
