Responsibilities

  • Work alongside both Hunting Leads and Conversion Leads in the Business Development team to deliver winning data-agnostic research designs to proposals and pitches.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on Kantar Insights' suite of solutions, spanning different domains, especially around key growth platforms e.g. BrandTek, Kantar Marketplace and Analytics.
  • Lead on approach design for packaged solutions, +1 and non-standard research approaches. Directly contribute to client discovery, proposals and pitches.
  • Prioritise opportunities relevant to Kantar BD strategy and/or own skill-set.
  • Lead research design for large opportunities & key renewals.
  • Support the BD team learning curriculum. Ensure the team is kept up to date on the latest developments in the offer.
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate meaningfully across Kantar, relevant to objectives and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with our client, commercial and domain leads.
  • Demonstrate our core values and behaviours, celebrate wins and learn from our losses.
  • Constructively feed into BD Team planning - proactively suggest strategic and process improvements. Effectively react to changing needs of the business.
  • Pursue own workstreams of interest, fostering a growth mindset, ensuring Programme Design are at the forefront of the industry’s latest trends and product offerings.
  • Training, coaching and mentoring will be provided to ensure the successful candidate receives the learning and knowledge required to perform confidently in the role.
