Responsibilities

  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden auf operativer Ebene innerhalb des BDM-Bereiches in Absprache mit dem verantwortlichen Head of Channel Excellence und proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Warranty und mit der Erlebniswelt Mobility sowie den Abteilungen Performance Management und Produktmanagement
  • Nachhaltige Entwicklung und Produktionssteigerung des Bestandspartnergeschäftes durch Identifizierung und Umsetzung geeigneter BDM-Maßnahme inklusive Monitorings
  • Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen und proaktive Unterstützung des Bereiches BDM Digital Learning bei kundenspezifischen Learning-Projekten
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen
  • Moderierende Begleitung neu zu etablierender Prozesse, Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen am POS und dessen Umsetzung
  • Aktive Ansprache beim Partner und Nutzung von E-Learnings und Webinaren als weitere BDM-Maßnahme
  • Reporting in CRM Datenbank und in Excel: Zeitnahe Erfassung der BDM-Aktivitäten und, sofern erforderlich, fristgerechte Erstellung des Reportings gegenüber der jeweiligen Erlebniswelt, Geschäftsleitung und Head Office
