Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research on competitors, prospects, new product offering to identify opportunities for Business Development and opportunities to improve customer experience on existing programs.
  • Support Business Development activities with ad-hoc analyses and the development of commercial proposals.
  • Develop specific and successful business development strategies for Italy to achieve incremental growth, with a focus on Telecommunications, OEM’S, Retail and E-tail and banking clients.
  • Support the design and project management of new programmes being the key point of contact internally for Solution and Implementation.
  • Monitor commercial performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and efficiencies.
  • Increase programme(s) performance (attachment rate) for assigned client, being the primary or secondary contact working in collaboration with Account Management Team.
  • Consult with Account Management Team to establish and implement plans for achieving programme goals.
  • Identify and help resolve customer and client service quality process issues in cooperation with the Account Management Team.
