Responsibilities

  • - Consult with and refer to other professionals/ services such as the SWLSTG Adolescent Outreach Team, Safeguarding Leads, CAMHS Inpatient Pathway, Transition workers and Adult Mental Health Services
  • - Utilise excellent organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
