Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding
  • Support your clients from their onboarding to the distribution and analysis of their campaigns.
  • Building a relationship of trust with your clients to better understand their needs.
  • Creating briefs and publishing campaigns
  • Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns to ensure their success.
  • Manage the campaign for the customer: setup, follow-up, recommendation, analysis of key indicators.
  • Daily management (influencer communication, bug reports, etc.)
  • Be a driving force behind the development of our internal processes and tools.
  • Prioritise customer requests according to the level of urgency and priority.
  • Supervise a dedicated operational team
  • Sourcing and creating a list of niche influencers
  • Keeping abreast of trends and initiatives of market players
