  • Organise, develop and lead the delivery of clinical training programmes to meet the learning needs of the clinical workforce
  • Support with the development of the Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development Programme (Accend) and roll out across the Trust
  • Maintain and develop clinical expertise to act as an expert resource to colleagues by guiding practice development and education delivery
  • Work clinically with staff in the wards and departments to improve their assessment and management of cancer patients
  • Work collaboratively with the Lead Cancer Nurse and Clinical Educators to deliver inter-professional point of care teaching programmes to enhance patient care to all disciplines of healthcare staff.
