  • We’re looking for an experienced Capital Project Manager to deliver capital projects across the full NCA footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of the NCA’s estate capital programme to ensure excellence of facilities is achieved within financial constraints.
  • Preparing and maintaining project plans and other project documentation and publishing these to project boards.
  • Delivering capital projects from feasibility through to timely completion and within budget working alongside project teams and construction partners.
  • Ensuring all capital projects are completed to high standards using best sustainable practices whilst achieving value for money.
  • Provision of professional advice/expertise for schemes across the NCA.
