Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver career development workshops and resources for employees on topics including career information sessions, resume review, interview prep, post interview coaching as well as any other newly created offerings
  • Design and deliver manager career coaching and mobility programs to help them support internal mobility
  • Provide one on one coaching support for employees seeking internal movement who need guidance and direction. Develop and support a cadre of internal career coaches. Set standards and monitor performance/impact.
  • Partner with Talent Development to identify, procure and deliver career exploration tools and assessments
  • Create and manage Career Connect employee communications and resource development
  • Design and deliver career coaching circles, group mentoring and other programs to support mobility of diverse employee groups
  • Partner with the TA Technology team to implement system enhancements
  • Provide input to the skill library and integrated job descriptions
  • Partner with Talent Development to connect competency/skill-based learning to career paths
  • Partner with the Learning team to assess and address skill gaps best addressed through training and other development solutions
