Responsibilities

  • - Ensure that NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is fully engaged and represented at suitable opportunities to engage with potential apprentices and trainees of all ages through various mediums available.
  • - Liaise with schools, colleges, and universities co-ordinating and administrating opportunities for work experience placements and career events.
  • - Provide advice and guidance to managers and leaders regarding early career entry opportunities.
  • - Maintain and deliver training to support staff in their career development, offering advice and raising awareness of opportunities available for all levels of staff across NWSSP.
