Responsibilities

  • Développer des solutions de chaîne d’approvisionnement pour soutenir efficacement la stratégie de mise en marché de nos clients.
  • Résoudre les problèmes, en identifiant les enjeux, en réfléchissant de manière critique, en cherchant des avis pour déterminer la meilleure action à prendre, et en mettant en œuvre les solutions.
  • Maintenir et développer des relations avec les comptes transporteurs en identifiant des opportunités de collaboration supplémentaire.
  • Rechercher de nouveaux transporteurs sur le marché, générer des prospects et établir de nouvelles relations avec des transporteurs.
  • Effectuer des appels avec les transporteurs pour évaluer leur disponibilité, leur engagement, et négocier les tarifs de transport.
  • Veiller à ce que les exigences spécifiques des clients soient respectées pour les expéditions confirmées et/ou ponctuelles.
  • Identifier des transporteurs de secours pour les situations critiques.
  • Étudier et comprendre les tendances du marché et la saisonnalité.
  • Faire des offres de camions aux équipes de capacité dans notre réseau.
  • Gérer son propre plan de développement personnel.
  • Connaître et s’aligner avec la stratégie et la vision de l’agence.
  • Autres tâches ou responsabilités assignées selon les besoins spécifiques de l’équipe et/ou du pays.
