  • Define and implement a strategy to protect, grow, and future-proof the business for a key global account. Identifying and prioritising the key opportunities and risks to the business and then delivering executable plans to address these.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at your client and position Givaudan as the go-to partner of choice.
  • Clearly communicate the key technology needs of the client to ensure that the Givaudan Science & Technology function has a clear set of prioritised objectives within a realistic timeframe.
  • Lead, coach, inspire and motivate both the direct and indirect teams in the global commercial, development and support teams
  • Ensure that internal resources are effectively focused via clear and consistent communication of the category needs to the development teams.
  • Negotiate strong commercial deals to enable Givaudan to grow market share within the category
