  • Le support du secrétariat international pour plusieurs Directeurs
  • La gestion des agendas
  • L’organisation de déplacements (billets, hôtels, voiture de location)
  • La demande de visa et renouvellement de passeports
  • L’organisation de réunions internes et clients
  • La planification et suivi des entretiens annuels
  • L’organisation de conférences téléphoniques, visio-conférences …
  • La coordination de réunions externes, de dîners, de déjeuners d’affaires
