Responsibilities

  • Lead material creation for CEO’s and COO’s monthly and quarterly reporting commitments (e.g., Alcon Executive Leadership team and meetings, Board of Directors, key events) in strong coordination with functions providing content
  • Support functions in preparation for key presentations (e.g., Board of Directors), ensuring high quality storylines and frameworks, consistent messages across presentations, and timeliness
  • Drive operational efficiency and focus at the enterprise level by managing agendas for key meetings, guiding presenters in standards and deadlines, and ensuring action items are completed
  • Collaborate with functions to drive strategic priorities, through direct and indirect influencing
  • Act as thought partner to the CEO, COO, and other leaders across Alcon
  • Lead setting of annual strategic priorities at the enterprise level, to then be cascaded into the organization
  • Support functions on structuring problems, planning, and setting recommendations
  • Lead special projects at the request of the CEO and/or COO
