Responsibilities

  • As a Life Claims Administrator, you will work closely with our Life Claims Case Managers, providing administrative support and dealing with customer queries both over the telephone and in writing.
  • There will be a lot of spinning plates in this role! Some of your daily tasks would include monitoring the team mailbox, contacting the coroner’s office to obtain verification required for the assessment of claims and dealing with all kinds of customer queries.
  • You will need to maintain productivity as well as ensuring the quality and service standards are maintained.
