Responsibilities

  • You will create processes for a smooth transfer of accounts from Sales / Solutions Engineers for onboarding, and subsequently, a smooth transfer to support after the onboarding has been completed.
  • Develop onboarding project plans for customers that outline critical success factors during the launch period including metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
  • Engage with customers in each step of the onboarding plan, ensure execution of critical setup for all products and channels
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Sales to continuously improve the onboarding workflow based on requests from different enterprise customers being onboarded.
  • Working with customers of all segments from self-serve to SMB as well as Enterprise, providing guided solutions as well as helping drive feature requests to our Product teams.
