Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone and email
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Training customers on our cloud portal and implementation software via web-conferencing
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints, manage product return & direct customers through next steps
  • Streamlining product Installation Quotes with our 3rd party partners
  • Follow up with customers to ensure information is well received and client is satisfied
  • Gather customer feedback to share with your Director to improve Product Sales and Marketing
