  • The role will be largely directed by senior team members however, the post holder must be able to prioritise and manage their time and workload effectively.
  • You must be methodical and well organised in order to undertake research activities including following study protocols, clinical assessments, case report form completion, daily management and co-ordination of study participants.
  • You will support the assessment and management of the pathways for patients participating in Research studies across many specialities within the team.
  • This will involve the recruitment, education and monitoring of trial participants and the collection and documentation of accurate data, including observing and monitoring for side effects during the course of the trial.
  • You will support the management of a caseload of clinical trial participants and work with others in the generic research and wider multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standard of patient care in line with research protocols.
