Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei Implantationen und bei Nachsorgeuntersuchungen zum Vorhofohrverschluss nach sorgfältiger Einarbeitung in der genannten Region
  • Hauptkontakt für Kunden, Ärzte und medizinisches Personal bei technischen und produktbezogenen Fragen
  • Ausbau und Pflege unserer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Produktbezogene Unterstützung unseres Verkaufsteams und der Studienabteilung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und Customer Service zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität
  • Aufbau von therapiespezifischen Marktkenntnissen in der genannten Region in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Diskussion der klinischen Studienlage & geeigneten Patientenindikationen für den Vorhofohrverschluss mit medizinischem Fachpersonal
